Wellbeing

Looking after the wellbeing of yourself and your family is even more important in the difficult times we find ourselves in. On this section of the website we are hoping to give you some tips and links to advice to help you support your children through these times of uncertainty.

It is going to be completely normal to be experiencing a range of different emotions during this pandemic, your children will take their view of the world from your responses so it is vitally important that you take some time to look after yourself and adopt some habits in self care. 

Yoga for Children

As part of our recently revamped curriculum, the team at Gosfield have been supporting the children to develop positive wellbeing habits. As we're unable to do this in the school at the moment I'd like to say a big thank you to Wellness Warrirors KT for our specially film Gosfield Yoga session. Take a moment to breathe, relax and pause.
