Who we are

FoGS is a friendly, voluntary committee made up of parents whose children attend the school, school staff and a school governor who have an interest in the school. The main objectives of the group are:

• to raise money for supplementary items which will benefit the children who attend the school;

• to consider how the money raised could be spent;

• to support the school community.

How we help?

We help in many ways other than just purchasing resources and funding visits and visitors for the children - we pride ourselves in supporting the school community at a range of events. Some recent things we have done include:

Providing refreshments for the children at Sports Day;

Organising film nights;

Holding discos for the children;

Providing refreshments at Harvest and Remembrance Day services;

Selling programmes and organising the raffle at the Christmas plays.
