Welcome to Kahol Class 26-27

We have lots to look forward to this year with many exciting topics. We also have lots of people helping us in Kahol Class this year. Mrs Warren, Mrs Archer and Miss Gray will be with us all day every day to help us with our learning.

Kahol Class is made up of two year groups (Reception and Year 1) and some learning will be different for each year group. 

Key Information for Kahol Class

PE - Our PE days this half term are Mondays and Tuesdays. Please come into school in your PE kits.

Reading - At Gosfield we spend a lot of time at school during our Phonics and English lessons looking at books and learning to read. Each child will have their very own book to read at home in their reading pouch. We aim for the children to read the same book at home at least 3 times a week as this improves not only their decoding of the book, but also helps them to understand what is happening in the book in more detail. Books will be changed every Friday.
